Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We try to add a little something when shipping - you'll nearly always receive your item wrapped in a pretty bag or paper, or tied with a ribbon. We think it makes it a whole lot more special for you when you open your package.
Currently Tinkaby Crafts only ships within the UK and we use Royal Mail for shipping your purchases out to you. We'll let you know once your order has shipped, but have no control over how long Royal Mail may take to deliver it to you.
Nearly all our items are made to order, so we don't keep a lot of made up stock. We aim to ship all our orders within 1-5 days of payment, although some items may take 1-2 weeks. If a specific item will take longer, it may be stated in the details of that item. Should we experience any delays we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.
Most of our items will ship as a large letter or small parcel. We will combine items into one delivery cost at the checkout, and we offer free shipping on all orders of £50 and over.
COLLECTIONS
We do offer a collection service from our friends at E. Pardoe & Son in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Select collection at the check out, and we'll let you know when your items are ready for you to pick up, which must be on arrangement during their opening hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you’ll love your item but if you’d like to return it to us, please contact us via the site or by email. Returns are only accepted if contact is made within 14 days of receipt and the item is still in brand new un-used condition.
If you’ve changed your mind and the item is not personalised, then you will need to pay the postage to return it to us and we will then refund you the cost of the item once we receive it. We do not accept returns of personalised items unless it is faulty or not as described.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we will refund its cost and the postage charge once we receive the item back.
